With Zenith Engraving Digital's sampling and prototyping service your artists, designers and stylist are able to fully exploit their creative talent. There can be no better basis for decisions associated with pattern development than a digital print on fabric at various stages from the original idea to the completed pattern. Experimentation with design concepts, coloration, different types of fabric is simplified and becomes more purposeful by using digital sampling.
Once a pattern is approved we can print samples of various colorways and/or limited yardage for prototyping on the fabric of choice. A pattern can be introduced in a matter of days instead of weeks.
At no point in the process from concept to pattern introduction are screens required. This represents a considerable savings in cost as well as contributing to shorter lead times. More ideas can be developed using existing resources with a quicker response to market requirements.
A major cost-saving feature is our ability to print on RTP (ready-to-print ) fabrics without pre and post treatment.
